NFRC Elects New Board of Directors NFRC announced the results of the elections for the Board of Directors at the Fall Membership Meeting held in Arlington, Va. last month. According to Survey Ballot & Systems, Inc., the independent firm that manages NFRC’s voting process, 54% of NFRC members eligible to vote participated in this year’s election. More
DOE Unveils Zero Energy Window NFRC members got a glimpse of the future of fenestration recently when the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) unveiled its Zero Energy Window prototype at the Fall Membership Meeting in Arlington, Va. The prototype is a three-layer window with commercially available low-emissivity (low-e) technology and a Krypton gas fill. More
