ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2007 – US DOE Determination Results

On September 3, 2010, the Federal Register published a notice releasing DOE's preliminary commercial determination that site energy savings in Standard 90.1-2007 are greater than savings from Standard 90.1-2004. States will now be required to adopt Standard 90.1-2007 or upgrade their existing commercial building energy codes to meet or exceed its requirements within two years.
