Mike Cienian, Vice President of Quality Assurance for Hunter Douglas, got involved with NFRC only one year ago. In that time, he’s already taken on a lead role as chair of the Interior Attachments Task Group.

In my role as Vice President of Quality Assurance my responsibilities are to organize and lead continuous improvement teams that affect product quality. We are pursuing world-class level quality - it’s interesting, challenging, and a lot of fun. More
