Welcome to the New Insider

With this issue, we’re taking a different approach to NFRC Insider. With spot news available on close to a 24/7 basis at NFRC News Now, we’re going to use Insider to provide more forward-looking and in-depth coverage than in the past.

We also hope to return to the days when NFRC’s newsletter served as a forum for our members. If you have topics you’d like us to cover, or stories you’d like to write yourself, please contact Tom Herron and we’ll make room for it in the next issue.

You’ll see some of these changes in this issue, and please look for more in issues to come. I look forward to seeing many of you in San Antonio next week!
