I am an insurance adjuster in Southern California. I am adjusting a claim and would like some expert opinions. The homeowner is claiming that marks inside her double pane glass picture windows are wind damage. The home sits on a hill and could be subject to higher winds that nearby areas. The wind may have been approximately 60 miles per hour, perhaps less, perhaps more. I can understand why the NFRC, an official industry association, wouldn't like to comment. Frankly, I would consider it rather unusual if the host of a community chat forum did comment- can you imagine posting a comment on a Google message board and an getting official response posted from Google headquarters?
