NFRC & Energy Star Ratings

We are an NFRC Mfg. I would like to know how one gets a window Certified as an "Energy Star"? Do they have to be NFRC certified to be a Energy star producer. I see many windows marketed as Energy star, but they come with no stickers or certified test results. According to Energy Star web site you shoyuld check the NFRC label to see if it meets the Energy Star criteria. Can Some one clear the air for me.

| Can anyone tell me of any company that sells passive window vents. They may be known as trickle vents or maybe glazed-in vents??? |
