develop a recommendation to the NFRC Board of Directors for further
consideration of the Thermal Comfort Rating Research project findings.

Sub-Committee was formed at the Spring 2007 Membership Meeting
and was previously a task group formed Spring 2006 Membership
Meeting by a motion at the Board meeting)
